1. 이 도구에 대하여
리군 쇼츠 스튜디오(이하 ‘스튜디오’)는 리군 스튜디오 운영자가 자기 PC에서만 쓰는 개인용 쇼츠 제작 도구입니다. 인터넷에 열린 서비스가 아니고 회원 가입도 없습니다. 스튜디오는 운영자가 만든 쇼츠를 운영자 본인의 유튜브 채널에 올리려고 Google 계정 연결(YouTube API 서비스)을 씁니다.
2. 요청하는 Google 권한과 쓰는 곳
스튜디오는 Google 계정에 아래 두 권한만 요청합니다.
- YouTube 동영상 관리

운영자가 확인하고 ‘올리기’를 누른 영상을, 확인한 제목·설명·공개 범위 그대로 운영자의 채널에 올립니다. - YouTube 계정 보기

연결된 채널의 이름과 프로필 사진을 보여 주고, 스튜디오로 올린 영상의 공개 상태와 조회수·좋아요·댓글 수를 보여 줍니다.
Gmail, Google Drive, 연락처 같은 다른 정보에는 권한을 요청하지 않습니다. 스튜디오는 이미 올린 영상을 고치거나 지우지 않고, 댓글을 달지 않습니다.
3. 저장하는 정보와 위치
- 로그인 토큰 — Google이 준 액세스 토큰과 갱신 토큰은 운영자 PC의 스튜디오 폴더 안
secrets\폴더에만 파일로 저장합니다. 다른 서버나 클라우드로 보내지 않습니다. - 채널과 영상 정보 — 연결된 채널의 이름·ID·프로필 사진 주소, 그리고 스튜디오로 올린 영상의 ID·링크·제목·설명·공개 범위와 마지막으로 받은 조회수·좋아요·댓글 수를 같은 PC의 스튜디오 폴더에 저장합니다. 스튜디오 화면에 보여 주는 데만 씁니다.
- 공개 영상 검색 — 주제를 고를 때 근거로 보여 주는 공개 쇼츠의 제목과 조회수는 Google 계정 연결 없이 API 키로 검색합니다. 이 결과는 PC에 사흘 동안만 임시로 저장합니다.
스튜디오에는 따로 운영하는 서버나 데이터베이스가 없습니다. 위 정보는 운영자 PC에 파일로만 저장하며, 광고나 추적을 위한 쿠키나 비슷한 기술은 쓰지 않습니다. 이 웹페이지에도 방문 분석이나 광고 도구가 없습니다.
4. 팔지도, 공유하지도 않습니다
Google에서 받은 정보는 팔거나 빌려 주지 않고, 다른 사람이나 회사와 공유하지 않습니다. 광고에 쓰지 않고, AI 모델을 학습시키는 데도 쓰지 않습니다. 영상과 그 제목·설명은 운영자가 ‘올리기’를 눌렀을 때 YouTube(Google)로만 보냅니다.
리군 쇼츠 스튜디오가 Google API에서 받은 정보를 쓰고 다른 앱으로 옮기는 방식은 제한적 사용(Limited Use) 요건을 포함한 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책을 따릅니다.
5. YouTube API 서비스
스튜디오는 YouTube API 서비스를 씁니다. 스튜디오를 쓰면 YouTube 서비스 약관에 동의하는 것으로 봅니다. Google이 정보를 다루는 방식은 Google 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
6. 권한 거두기와 지우기
- 스튜디오에서 — ⚙ 설정 › 연결 › 유튜브에서 ‘연결 해제’를 누르면, Google에 토큰 취소를 요청하고 PC에 저장한 토큰 파일을 지웁니다.
- Google 계정에서 — Google 계정 › 보안 › 서드 파티 앱 및 서비스와의 연결에서 ‘리군 쇼츠 스튜디오’를 골라 언제든 연결을 끊을 수 있습니다.
- 채널·영상 정보는 해당 쇼츠나 스튜디오 폴더를 지우면 함께 지워집니다. 권한을 거두면 스튜디오는 더 이상 새 정보를 받지 못합니다.
7. 방침이 바뀔 때
이 방침을 바꾸면 이 페이지에 새 시행일과 함께 올립니다.

Privacy Policy

1. About this tool
Rigoon Shorts Studio (“the Studio”) is a personal tool for making short videos. The owner of Rigoon Studio runs it only on their own PC. It is not a service open to the public, and there is no sign-up. The Studio connects to a Google account through the YouTube API Services so that the owner can upload the shorts they make to their own YouTube channel.
2. Google permissions we request, and why
The Studio requests only these two scopes:
- Manage your YouTube videos
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload
Uploads a video to the owner’s channel, only after the owner has reviewed it and pressed Upload, with the title, description and visibility the owner confirmed. - View your YouTube account
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly
Shows the connected channel’s name and profile picture, and the visibility, view, like and comment counts of videos uploaded with the Studio.
The Studio does not ask for access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts or any other Google data. It does not edit or delete videos that are already uploaded, and it does not post comments.
3. What we store, and where
- Sign-in tokens — The access and refresh tokens from Google are saved as a file only in the
secrets\folder inside the Studio’s folder on the owner’s PC. They are never sent to any other server or cloud. - Channel and video details — The connected channel’s name, ID and profile picture link, and, for each video uploaded with the Studio, its ID, link, title, description, visibility and the latest view, like and comment counts. These are saved in the Studio’s folder on the same PC and used only to show them in the Studio.
- Public video search — To back up topic ideas, the Studio searches public Shorts (titles and view counts) with an API key, without any Google account. These results are cached on the PC for three days only.
The Studio has no server or database of its own. It keeps the information above only as files on the owner’s PC and uses no cookies or similar technology for advertising or tracking. This website has no analytics or advertising tools either.
4. We do not sell or share your data
Information received from Google is never sold, rented or shared with any other person or company. It is not used for advertising, and it is not used to train AI models. Videos and their titles and descriptions are sent only to YouTube (Google), and only when the owner presses Upload.
Rigoon Shorts Studio’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. YouTube API Services
The Studio uses YouTube API Services. By using the Studio, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google handles information as described in the Google Privacy Policy.
6. Revoking access and deleting data
- In the Studio — Open ⚙ 설정 (Settings) › 연결 (Connections) › YouTube and press 연결 해제 (Disconnect). The Studio asks Google to revoke the token and deletes the token file from the PC.
- In your Google Account — Go to Google Account › Security › Your connections to third-party apps & services, choose Rigoon Shorts Studio (리군 쇼츠 스튜디오) and remove its access at any time.
- Channel and video details are deleted together with the short they belong to, or with the Studio’s folder. Once access is revoked, the Studio cannot get any new information.
7. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
